Important Hotel Information
- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

tHE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AS EXPECTED. THE LACK OF HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER AND TUB WERE UNEXCEPTABLE AND THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANY COMPENSATION. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO WAIVE THE "RESORT FEE." WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN.

This was the first time I stayed at the MGM. The hotel and casino itself were really nice. Loved the restaurants and everything else there. However, our suite was outdated and had no view. It also had a huge leak from the shower that soaked the carpet on the other side of the wall. I expected them to switch us to a different suite but nothing was offered. Luckily we weren't in the room enough to be bothered so much!

Due to flight delay, got to the hotel late and room was not available,not happy. management upgraded room and it was beautiful ,comfortable,and I had the time of my life. I am already looking forward to my next trip to not just vegas, but to the MGM GRAND.

The MGM went above and beyond what I expected. The cleaning service was exceptional and the staff was glad to help us in anyway they could. The accomodations were great, the room was beautiful, and the view was great. The restaurants in the hotel were amazing, and the shopping was awesome. There was so many dining, shopping, and entertaining options inside the hotel! I was so glad I picked the MGM!

Room and staff were terrific and a good value compared to other rooms on the strip. Only negative more for my wife, was the dancing girls in the gambling area at night. If I wanted that type of entertainment there are places for it.
