- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

I stayed at the MGM Grand with eight other people. We were all very impressed with how easy the check in process was. I stayed I one of the newly renovated rooms which exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone and I am already planning my next trip back to the MGM.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at MGM. The hotel was great and the poker room was great also. The show Crazy Horse was a great show. My only regret was having to leave. Every hotel was within walking distance.

Upon arrival we were given a room with a very poor view. After asking the staff at the main desk for help to move to a different room we found ourselves with a room near the top of the hotel with a great view. Thanks MGM for your great customer service.

Had to settle for a lesser room at check in because reserved room wasn't available. Then had to move to new room next morning. Desk agent gave us key to old room to retrieve luggage and move but key didn't work. Thankfully very pleasant cleaning staff called security to let us in so we could get our stuff. New room was nicer but view wasn't nearly as nice as the online pictures. Rest of trip was nice but service at start could have been better. Staff didn't seem very concerned that we didn't receive what we asked for.

Overall our experience staying at MGM was good. The hotel had many entertainment options and restaurant choices with a number of price points. The pools were excellent but hard to find a chair after 12 noon. The pool grounds were closed in the evenings, would be nice to sit at the pool with a good book and relax in the chairs even if the pool itself is closed. The grounds, pool and hotel common areas were very well kept and clean. Many of the rooms could use a facelift- reminded me of staying at Holiday Inn. They were generic, and a bit older, yet consistent. The toiletries were nice and delivered each day, we appreciated that. I expected the rooms to be a bit nicer for the price payed to stay- I would recommend upgrading if you want a really nice room. The staff were very friendly and personal including the maids. I would stay at MGM again. The location was decent not too far down the strip. Satisfied Customer!
