- Guests arriving at MGM Grand must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel. MGM charges a daily resort fee of 25 per room plus tax, payable upon check-in which includes complimentary high speed internet,
- Daily USA Today newspaper available at Front Page newsstand,
- Unlimited local and toll free calls, Limited Business Center services such as outgoing faxes, copies (up to 5 pages), notary, and boarding pass printing, Free access to the cardio room.
Two pools currently open, other pool areas will open March 1-current hours 9am-5pm. Wet Republic @ MGM Gran3799d opens March 22, 2013. - Beginning Friday March 8, 2013, a credit card or debit card deposit for incidentals will be required upon check-in, in addition to room/tax & resort fee/tax for the amount 300.00 per day.

The cleaning staff and room service staff was the best part of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a let down. We had to wait in the elevator banks for more than 15 minutes trying to get an elevator downstairs to check out. Every time one would come to our floor it was jammed full already. We were on the 23rd floor otherwise we were about to take the stairs and carry the luggage down. Our room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking floor. The cleaning staff came in and sprayed air freshener to try and help but it only worked for a very short time. I would avoid staying at MGM Grand next time.

The doors of the bathroom and toilet don't have locks so there is no privacy. And when you take a shower, the water was leaking out of the door. So you have to put a towel outside the door in order not to slide and hurt yourself. Our room is also so far from the elevator, which made it really hard for us because we had to make several trips back to our room for the two days that we were there. I don't think internet is free 'coz they charge $25

After 2 nights of being woken up by our drunk neighbors next door through out the night we asked to move rooms. The staff not only gave us another room, but upgraded us to a spa suite with a great view along with comping our meals for the day at their hotel. We didn't expect this, we just wanted to move to a comparable room. Our neighbors were more than just drunk girls having a good time, they were being excessively loud all night as well as fighting with each other. The front desk manager went beyond our expectations and make us feel like he valued our business.

Overall the MGM is nice, but you are better of staying and a less expensive place that takes care of their customers. We had reserved a grand KING room 9 months before our trip, but of course once we arrived there were none left. I thought ,no problem they would upgrade us or find a room and comp us buffets or something.. Wrong, we recieved a regular queen SMKING room and recieved no compensation. The MGM has lost me as a customer and every single person I tell. Wouldnt stay there again

The room at the MGM was NOT worth the price. The so-called flat screen TV kept going in and out. There were always maid's carts left in the hallway. The bathrooms were not very private- they had frosted glass doors for the toilet and shower and this was not very personable. The hotel charges you a $100 for WI-Fi and then if you actually use the business center, they charge you again for accessing the internet. There were much better hotel/casinos that I visited while there that were cheaper and just as nice as the MGM Grand. I was very dissatisfied with the MGM!
