Loved this hotel. Guest services were extremely helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The hotel is conveniently located next to Union Square and all the major stores. Also the trolley makes a stop literally in front of the hotel where you can get on or off. Only negatives were that the rooms are really small (including bathroom) and pillows were stiff as a rock. They also offer a $10 credit (good for use for some hotel services) each time you help conserve resources and decline housekeeping. Can be applied to Scala's Bistro which is located within the hotel which is what we did and was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

My wife and I enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very conveniently located close to Uniion Square. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. An advantage is the restaurant within the hotel - very high quality. The disadvantage is that food and drink prices are very high.

this is a nice cute little boutique hotel you can feel the history without the dirt because the room is very clean with bigelow's shampoo etc it is not new but it has been cleaned up good the concierge "Leif" is so awesome...ask him anything and if you're planning to go to sunday's brunch with dragshow book early because both shows are sold out by the time we got there
