Family stayed 3 nights. Rooms clean, staff was great. Balcony view was not good, looked directly into next rooms balcony, We could not see the courtyard. At least we had chairs my other two rooms did not have chairs on their balcony's. I would stay again but would like to see the hotel add a resturant like they use to have and open the bar like they use to have. If I travel with kids again I would pick a hotel not so close to Burbon Street. Of course what is New Orleans without Burbon Street.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was old and dated. The room was rather old and dated. The room had an odor, a wet smell. Danish and juice for breakfast. Hospitality was good. I would probably stay somewhere else near the french quarters next time.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything was the way it was supposed to be, clean, spacious and with an old fashion view that we like. Only a few steps from Bourbon Street. Friendly staff. We definitely would stay again.

We booked this hotel through a third party website. The hotel is in a good location, and looks nice from the street and lobby, but the room we were given was in bad need of updating (i.e: carpet, curtains, furniture falling apart). My wife and I were given a room w/ double beds.. when I called down to change rooms, I was told they could not change my reservation b/c I'd booked third party. When I had the third party call, they said the hotel was completely booked, so we were stuck in that room. I also had asked to speak w/ a manager, and was told there are no managers or housekeeping on site during the night, so i would have to wait till morning to speak with someone.... that never happened. No one ever came to the room or even called me back. This hotel is nice for college kids who want to get drunk on bourbon street. Not good for couples wanting a romantic weekend.
