Check-in was quick. Room was large and clean. Casino was on small side, but ok. The only dissatisfaction was the timeshare sales people hitting you up for free anything if you go to their sales sessions. Get past them and the Hotel is perfectly located where you want to be.

I recently stayed at Bally's during the Christmas holiday and was disappointed and disgusted by the housekeeping and sanitary conditions. I was upgraded to the North tower, which they gently reminded me was normally $10.00 per night more. Don't know why they would consider that an upgrade as the place looked the same as it did when I stayed there 6 years ago. If the North is an upgrade, then the South Tower must be a dump. The absolutely disgusting part of my stay was jumping out the shower one morning and pulling a folded, allegedly clean towel from the neat stack under the counter and finding fecal matter on the towel. Talking about gross out!!!! They didnt have enough hot water in the place that could make me feel clean. Tried to complain to GM, no luck. Director of Housekeeping, no luck. His 2nd in command, no luck. Finally got Tony a floor supervisor who sounded apologetic and said he would pass on the details of my issue. Never heard from anyone in management. Must be a comment occurence. If you do stay here, check those towels carefully.

The guest room was in desperate need of a rennovation. Old and dingy carpeting, furniture, TV, bedding, you name it! The lighting in the room was very dim and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. With so many other choices in Las Vegas, avoid this one at all costs!

Vegas is amazing, right? Little time spent in the room and as much time as possible soaking in everything!! Staying right in the middle of the strip can make or break your trip especially when choosing a hotel in this price range. The monorail is very conveniently located in the hotel. I love the connection to the Paris. It connects right to many shops and restaurants.

Great location (middle of the strip), courteous staff, conveniently connected to shopping zone and eateries. Free shuttle that goes directly to Rio, where there are shuttles that take you to other affiliated hotels. One of the things to keep in mind that can easily be overlooked are that internet costs about $14 a day to use, which is a bit much for what it should be worth. Fortunately, if you have a laptop, you can swing by the sandwich/coffee place near the Paris buffet nearby, and you can get free wifi without having to purchase anything. But if you don't want to leave the room, that $14 better be worth the convenience. Besides that, I'd return knowing what I know after this most recent trip.
