The North Tower is newer and in much better shape. It is also closer to other important areas of the hotel. Once we changed to the North Tower everything was much cleaner, and neater.

I stayed from a Tuesday through Sunday. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis they just made the bed. The wall paper was peeling, the carpet in the room and hall of the hotel was wrinkled and rolling. The hall carpet had duct tape on it. The common area of the all by our room smelled bad as well. I paid over $2,000.00 for my vacation and this hotel was a dump. The lobby was nice but the room looked like something you would rent by the hour. No comforters on the bed and the bed was rock hard. The location on the strip was good but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed at Bally's for 6 days. When I first got up to the room, I wanted to immediately check out. My husband reassured me that it was clean and all we needed was a warm, clean place to sleep at night. This was true. I have to admit that this hotel was a good value for the location...as long as you can overlook the 70s decor. It's connected to Paris, which is where we went to gamble/snack/etc. It also has a walkway over the strip connecting you to the Bellagio. I wouldn't stay here again as this place is more for people on a budget......college kids, etc.
