I used the in room safe at $*/night for a total of $*. At midnight of my last night I received a message that I needed to come to the front desk ASAP to pay the $*. I waited 20 minutes in line at the front desk at midnight to pay the $*. Why couldn't Bally's wait until I checked out the next day? Beats me! It came across as "cheap and chintzy". Other than that, the room was spacious and kept clean. I will return to Bally's.

The room was very spacious and clean. Worth the money we paid. However, most of the hotel staff was very rude and couldn't be bothed to do their job. I would stay again but I won't count on the hotel staff for anything.

Bally's was a terrific place to stay for our Honeymoon. We upgraded our room to a suite with a nice big tub when we arrived. Our room was very clean. The hotel is right on the strip and we had a great view of the strip from our room. Will stay again!!

Be prepared to be very disappointed. It tooks us over 1 hour to check in at the front dest at 11:30pm at night, they are seriously understaffed to handle check-ins as we saw night after night. First thing we saw upon getting to our room was old trays of food and beverages sitting in front in our door. Secondly, when we checked in the beds were unmade, garbage cans had beer bottles and other gargabe in it,, and overall room was in need of a cleaning and in serious need of a complete makeover. We had to wait while they changed the beds before we could retire for the nightThe rooms are very old and very run down. They are not at all as described or as shown on the website. Bathrooms are seriously out-of-date. There is no wi-fi, unless you are willing to pay $*. Carpets are filthy and old. The batteries in the remote were not working. When I am on vacation, I certainly hope and expect to get a hotel room that is I can just lie in my bed in joyous comfort and look around the room and enjoy the bed and surrondings in blliss and think "this is heaven" this hotel and room definitly is not even close to it. More close to your local Red Roof Inns. Not a 4 Star Hotel......at all. Location is definitely central on the central on the strip and convenient for the monorail which is located in Bally's. Food in Bally's was wonderful and we enjoyed some of the great restaurants.

This was a very enjoyable stay for us. My wife and I drove to Las Vegas from Fresno,CA. We checked in to Bally's and were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for $*? I said no thank you and they upgraded us any way :) The room was terrific and on the 26th floor with a great view. The hotel staff was terrific. Any request we made was quickly dealt with and they were very polite and helpful. The hotel is right on the strip across from the Belagio and is close to everything... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will absolutely stay there the next time we go to Las Vegas.
