Bally's hotel is very nice with granite bathroom and very roomy [for a king size bed]. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is right on the strip, across from Bellagio, and in the center of everything. We had no concerns for this hotel and would recommend to other people.

Me, my mom, and one of my best friends took a girls weekend to vegas. I must say i was SOOO worried about the hotel after reading many negative posts. Man, we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the older SouthTower and loved every second of it! The hall to the room was very long (nothing worth complaining about) It gave us a chance to meet some of our neighbors! The beds were SOOOO comfortable... the 3 of us all slept SO well! The room was HUGE and SO VERY clean! My husband tried to surprise me by sending me soem flowers and chocolates the second day we were there. There was some mix up with house keeping and the house keeping lady ended up opening the chocolates. The Bell Captain called me and expalined everything! They contacted the florist that delivered the flowers and chocolates re-ordered the arrangement and chocolates (so now we had 2 sets). They reversed the charge on my husbands card and billed the hotel. The hotel redelivered the gifts along with a Complimentary bottle of champaign AND wine! After hearing so many people complaining about the hotel staff and service I was surprised to find everyone so extremely helpful and happy to have us there. I WILL stay with Bally's again and again and again! Thank you Bally's for making our trip a trip0 to remember!

We just came back from Vegas on Monday (15/02/2010). The room we were in was spacious and clean however the furniture in the room was disgusting. I would be ashamed to put this furniture out on the street in front of my house for the garbage man to pick up. There were two chairs and a table. The chairs were so threadbare I was grossed out. I wouldn't sit on them to save my life. The carpet was really old and it showed. The drawers were falling out of the dresser and the TV stand matched. This furniture might have come from the 1950's. It is a shame because the rest of the hotel was very nice. The front desk people could have been a little bit more friendly and accommodating. I'm afraid of heights and I was hoping to get a room not too high up but they told us because we came in a package deal that the rooms were in blocks and I ended up on the 70th floor. We did have a nice view though. They offered to change our room but it wouldn't have been until 4:00 p.m. the next day and we were only there for three nights so I didn't make sense. I don't think I would stay at Bally's again. Newmarket, Ontario, Canada

We were able to check in when we arrived at 11 a.m.....that was great; didn't have to wait until 3 p.m.. Room was large, great view...middle of strip...Monorail and free bus to RIO outside of Paris...The Price Is Right was also in our hotel. Easy access to shuttle and easy to find your way around the hotel. Would stay here again.

The room was a disaster. The shower doors were hanging off, therew was garbage under the dresser, there was a hole drilled into the dresser, there was a big cut in the table, there was a metal bracket attached to the table with nothing on it. We have stayed in cheap motels that were cleaner.
