We had read the reviews and noticed some were not very positive but we booked anyway we are very glad we did. The hotel was very nice our room was beautiful with a great view of the fountains and the mountains in the distance. I thought they would try to make us ungrade but we were not asked to. Everything was as advertisted with no hidden charges. The hotel is centered in the middle of the strip with easy access to all the other casinos. Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean hotel. I stayed in what I suspect was the older section furthest from the escalator to the monorail and restaurants. I wouldn't again. Too long a walk, the halls are dim and the room needed to be refurbished. Not bad, but not worth the price.

Overpriced for a room that looked like my grandma's house...including the dust. Overpriced and dated..dated..dated. Large room but dust on everything, old school TV with wires hanging everywhere. I paid much to much for this second rate experience. The walk to the pool was like going through the open market in Cancun. kiosh venders beggings..."hey lady can I show you something" really tacky and low class..and the only way to get to the pool and the $*poolside drinks..I know their hurting in Vegas but I felt like I was in a under developed country.

Cheap room, basic accommodation. Internet not cheap at $14 per day. Not impressed by customer service department, or by some of the restaurants. Mexican restaurant - very poor service. Customer service unable to provide me with a copy of my hotel receipt. Bed very hard, pillows very soft. Won't be returning for quite a while.
