Thanks to Patrick for helping me understand the tours it made it so much easier to know what tours to take. He helped me find our way to where we had to go and he did it with a smile. I had so many questions and he was so patient with me. For the first time being in Vegas we found the Bally to be very convienent to get around. The rooms where very clean and the housekeepers always said hello.

My husband and I had a great time duirng our trip to Las Vegas. Our stay at Bally's was great. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip, which is perfect! The rooms were nice and the entire hotel was very clean.

Having never been to Vegas before we weren't sure where to stay - we opted to stay at Bally's because it was located in a great central location. We arrived in Vegas and went directly to Bally's where we were met with smiles and very helpful front desk people. We checked in and along the way to elevator the Bally's friendly experience continued. We were offered to be shown directly to elevators and how to get to our room. Once in our room I was very suprised at how big our room was. Very spacious and very clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day like it was the first day we arrived. Bedding was perfect and the view was stunning from our windows. Our whole experience was excellent and cannot wait to come back. We are planning our next trip this fall with extended family and I have told everyone to stay at Bally's because we were so happy with our stay.

It took an hourand a half for us to get registered and we arrived 1030pm!!! There were only 2 receptionists and none were interested in getting the guests through. They couldn't care less if the guests were waiting in line and are tired and hungry. However, it has a central location so foot access to all areas are a plus. The room was ok. Not too shabby. Noisy drunk guests can be heard outside the rooms but not too bad. Restaurant and casino staff were all nice and polite.
