Upon landing we phoned LVH and we were told our room would be ready at 11 am. We were there promptly at 11 and we were told that the room would not be ready until 3 pm! We spoke to a manager who was downright rude! We were eventually put in a smoking room although we had requested non smoking! The hotel halls and elevators were dirty and littered. NOT THE STAY I EXPECTED!

My complaint is that the price is for the room only with no amenities. The exercise room would be an extra 20 bucks (a day), which is obviously a rip off. Same with internet in the room. 13 bucks a day. No free coffee in morning.

Worth paying for Resort Club upgrade for avoiding line in check-in/out and for free breakfast, snack, and wine/beer in a quietter room. Nice value for those who don't mind walking a lot or just relaxing in a hotel. If you love crowds and the casino's smokey air, it is not the place for you.

We were welcomed to this hotel by a great representative at the front desk that was very personable. When getting to the room I was very impressed by the size and the upgraded bathroom. The beds were also very comfortable after a long night. The walls were a little dirty but I only was close enough once to notice. I was extremely impressed with how quite the room was in the middle of the night. Overall I was extremely happy with the stay. The casino was also decent for a hotel of its size!
