Stayed here many times when it was Las Vegas Hilton. First stay here since name/ownership change. Hallways, outdoor areas were dirty, unkept, broken exit signs and elevator. Hotel provided a safe in the room, for a daily price. Upgraded room had a sink faucet that barely worked.

The hotel location was very convenient. Off of the Strip enough to be less hectic yet able to have access to the tram basically right from the Hotel lobby. Check in was very quick, the rooms and all facilities were very clean.

Check in was easy, room was nice albeit small for the cost. Restaurants are still very expensive, we actually took some of our meals at the Gold Coast. Better food with lower cost. It's ok but not the old Hilton as mentioned. The convenience next to the convention centre was nice but not sure if we'd do it again unless we could get a better deal. They did waive the resort costs and gave us two free, and good, breakfasts in the buffet for foregoing maid service. The property is dated and noisy neighbours can take the pleasure out of the stay as with ours.

The valet and bell hop service staff were very pleasant and professional. The biggest problem I had was with the front desk person- she was not pleasant and did not make us feel welcome.She did not even smile while talking to us and was slightly rude by becoming condescending when I asked a question or while explaining something to me.

Elevator wait can be up to 15 minutes at times. Found the service elevator, but was caught a few times. They fly! Needs new carpet, upgraded bathrooms, more water pressure, higher shower heads, better mattress, free wifi!. For the money, it was acceptable. Did get a good deal, but next time will stay somewhere else because staff and hotel just seemed tired......
