The room was okay in terms of size though it was located in the central wing which i think is the older rooms of the hotel, so it is kinda dingy and old. We were promised an extra bed upon checking in but when i was calling front desk to follow up on it, i was told they made a mistake and could not provide. I was put on hold for more than 10minutes and nobody get back to me.

Check in was a breeze and front desk personnel were friendly.

I stayed here a few times before when it was the Hilton. It's still great and a great value. I prefer being away from the traffic on the strip yet the LVH is close to the strip. Garage is close so you don't have to walk a mile from car to front desk. Hotel is a little dated but clean and everything worked perfectly. I like their "Go Green" option, opting out of daily housekeeping. Think about it, how many people change sheets and towels every day?
