We had to change rooms because the first night we didn't get what we requested. However when we change rooms we lost glasses and new shoes. We asked for these items back. How difficult is that! No on knew anything about it. Then one night around 12am a staff member was coming out of one of the rooms; we notice the door was cracked open and he appeared to be nervous when we were talking to him. Creepy! When we were at lost n found, one lady was really upset that her items gone missing....makes you wonder! Be aware if staying there.

Was there almost a week.The parking garage was torn down and the place had extremely limited parking available.They are going to however build another one but it will be awhile. The hotel needs some help and improvement. The elevator was missing pieces inside, the celing was leaking badly in the hallway and the carpet in the hallway was worn and wrinkled and coming up in places.The rooms were ok.
