We go to vegas 2x/yr and stay at the Flamingo, we've stayed at other properties before here and also 1 time since we started staying here and this is THE 1 we always talk about and feel most comfortable. some would say its "dated" but thats not hard to do a town of excess. The Staff is ALWAYS very sweet and accomodating, even if someone they just helped was RUDE to them-ya, you know who you are- they still greet you with a smile! every one from front desk to baggage to house keeping always make us feel welcome! and our awesome strip view and tv in bathroom make it that much more awesome!!! :)

The Flamingo has an excellent location centrally located on the Strip, with a price that leaves you plenty of money for gambling. The casino is big enough to give you plenty of options if you don't feel like wandering and a quick walk away from other options if you do. Room was comfortable and clean.

OLD and Dirty rooms

Old and dirty rooms.....I don"t mind the old part but this hotel room was full of stains on the carpet, the bed spread and the furniture! The hall way carpet was disgusting and the room service trays were left in them for 1-2 days. It's unfortunate because the courtyard-pool area is pretty nice.

The Flamingo has the "Old School" flair that reminds you how it truly used to be in Vegas. A modern twist was also present as you walked down the halls of the lobby, with all the inviting endicements of modern day "pampering" that could be yours as you walked in and out of the many shops. A variety of restaurants where available for your choosing. The gardens were beautifully landscaped with many birds, flowers and fountains.
