We arrived early and was told the rooms were ready but we would have to pay $25/per room to check in. Was not happy about that at all. We went back about an hour before check in and was still told we would have to pay was then informed if you are a Rewards Member it's free. They should have told us that the first time around! The room they gave us overlooked the large construction site next door and we were woke up at 4:30 in the morning to the banging and clanging of construction. I requested they give us a different room and they did. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom seemed old, outdated and not very clean. Would only stay there again in one of the totally renovated rooms and they need free wi-fi

I stay here every time, never have a problem, never get over charged, never leave unhappy. Decent restaurants, awesome pools, great to see the flamingos and other random fowl. The housekeepers are smart about getting out of my room and staying away. The Go room was super cool. The location is absolutely perfect. Live love love the flamingo

We were bombarded by people trying to sell us a timeshare and they were very pushy. This would affect whether or not I stayed here again. The hotel was clean but the hallways constantly had room service trays strewn about. The food was good but was too expensive for what you got. EVERYTHING was overpriced. It was in a convenient location and close to everything which was nice. It was too chaotic of a place and didn't feel like I was on vacation.

When arriving to the hotel, it was very welcoming, the staff were so nice and when checking in and having a total rewards card, we got into our room early with NO early check-in fee. The rooms were nice and clean. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the strip. This was my family and I's first time staying here and I would stay again. I recommend anyone and everyone to stay here at this hotel.
