Staying in a hotel associated with the Vegas past was what I was looking for. The location of the hotel made it easy to get around the strip. The upgrade to a suite was nice but would have been worth more if there had been a coffee pot in the room and perhaps a fridge. The overall stay was pleasant, clean and remarkably quiet with the construction going on right below us. I would recommend this hotel.

I very much enjoyed staying at the Flamingo. They put us in a room with an incredible view and the staff we met were very friendly. I also love the location. It is right in the middle of the strip and close to everything. There were two things I didn't like. 1. The walls were thin so at night we could hear the people around us. 2. It is an older hotel so the parking garage and elevators were run down a bit. Overall a very good experience.

The Flamingo was very clean and the staff was helpful. When I checked in, the person at the counter noticed that I use a cane. He went out of his way to find a room that was close to the elevator. The first two shows that I wanted to see were booked but the box office personel compensated me for one that was open. I would go back there anytime.

From the minute I used the express check in to my last contact with the valet, I was treated very well. Everyone was friendly and helpful; from offering directions out of the parking area to ensuring that I wasn't a stranger stealing from my room when I returned there to fetch my phone. The habitat is beautiful, as are the wedding areas.
