Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The location was convenient, within 5 minutes walking distance from the Wharf. The pricing for food & drinks was overpriced. Parking spaces on the street are very limited & metered. So you have to either park in a paid, public lot at $* for half an hour, or valet parking at the hotel for an outrageous cost of $*/night and then an added fee of $* of "parking tax" !! In the future, we will stay at an adjacent hotel with a lesser rate and no parking fees. B.M.Hoover

I would come back, the room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable, I have an orthopedic bed at home and was satisfied with their sleeper for the five nights i stayed,the hotel is two blocks from fisherman's wharf. The staff was accomodating and pleasant. The pool is heated and nice in size. It was a good time.

Hotel is well situated. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 among others. Great service. Hotel has been remodeled. It has a cool and modern look. Rooms are clean. The fire pits outside of the hotel add a nice and romantic feeling. Great place to relax. Would definately stay here again. Excellent choice!!!

Great location, good room, the staff was very friendly, good buffet breakfast (but expensive, as hotel breakfasts usually are), free wi-fi in the lobby so there were always people there with their laptops (good ambience).

what an awful customer service
01/04/2010Our stay was good except for the bath tub it look like it's not draining. we woke up almost check out time so we didn't bother to use ...
our stay was good except for the bath tub it look like it's not draining. We woke up almost check out time so we didn't bother to use the shower. On the way out I told the housekeeping staff about it and she told me that it's been always a problem for that room. And when we checkout we reported to the front desk lady but her tone is sound like, she's blaming us for not reporting to them earlier. We were expecting an empathy from her, but we got an awful customer service. What a year to start.
