    The hotel was clean, modern and in the middle of all the sights. There was a nice bar to hang out at and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The decor was modern but warm and colorful. My only complaint was that while the lobby and the rooms were warm the hallways were cold.

    Close to the Wharf, food in the restaurant was very expensive. Didn't deal with the front staff much. Mostly there for business and stayed out of the room as much as possible. Close to stores, restaurants, and a Trader Joe's and Safeway just up the street.

    I've have stayed in this hotel several times in the past couple of years. The room is always fabulous, and the location is very convenient to buses, the waterfront, and the local tour boats. As an added bonus, there are two grocery stores and a subway within a block's walk. Despite the distance from the airports, I like the area. A couple of things that can't be helped: 1) heroin addicts shooting their vice across the street, and *) the bus depot resides next door so there is lots of commotion early AM weekdays.

    Room was clean and modern. however, no wifi connection within the room itself. poor noise mitigation within the room (street and adjacent rooms). nice location, walkable distance to pier 39.
