The service here was superb. We received 2 free drink tickets at the View Lounge on the 39th floor which has spectacular views of San Francisco from every angle. The standard King Room was a lot larger than expected. A lot of buffer room between the bed and the desk area. Definitely going to return here on my next trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the heart of Union Square, and a short cable car ride to fisherman's wharf. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Although the parking was expensive, it was nice to have the in and out priveledge. Definitely overall, I had a positive experience.
