This hotel was a great stay. The quality was four star for a two star price, Anything was that was needed was given by roomservice. I felt very welcomed and pampered during my stay. The amenities were wonderful. The pool was clean and right by washer and dryer room. The hotel was in a great location. You could go anywhere from the hotel. Right on the main street and easy walk to all the attractions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators are the best invention we have ever seen very efficient and it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure them out. We travel frequently and typically stay with Marriott or similar, this hotel was clean, in a great location, the cable car was directly in front of the hotel. We walked to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, also to the Casino and the Waterfront. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had concierge access and found it to be wonderful, in fact we ate breakfast and dinner each day during our 3 day stay. Would definately stay again if ever in New Orleans!!
