    Transportation from airport "t" station to hotel was disappointing. had to wait for at least 45 minutes for shuttle service. shuttle ride was no more than 5 minutes.

    Transportation from Airport "T" Station to hotel was disappointing. Had to wait for at least 45 minutes for shuttle service. Shuttle ride was no more than 5 minutes.

    Excellent experience from the minute we were picked up at the airport to the minute we were dropped off at the airport to leave. The hotel has the best view of both the airport on one side and the Boston skyline on the other. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in a long time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    though the sound-proofing from the airport was incredible, noise travelled easily through the paper thin interior walls, you can hear quiet conversations in the room next door, and everything that goes on in the corridor. the front desk staff was rude, and the concierge was inept the restaurant i do have to say was fantastic with a beautiful view
