I found this hotel to be more convenient then anything else. The beds were comfortable, but nothing special. The room service menu was very limited, so you were kind of forced to go downstairs for dinner. The food in the restaurant was very good, but pricey for your average business traveler. My dinner was $76 for just a entree and appetizer. My employees would not be able to expense a dinner this high unless they were with a client. Internet is $25 dollars for 24 hours. So if you just want to check your email, forget about it!

Upon arrival, we called for pick up from the airport and waited over a half hour with 2 more calls placed. It was a cold and rainy day and with a baby that was not a good start to the vacation. Then when we checked in we were told that the room we reserved was on the airport side of the hotel with no view. The whole reason we chose this hotel was the view of the city. We had to pay $40 plus taxes per night to change to a room with a view! The hotel itself was modern and very clean and we enjoyed easy access to the city by water taxi or the subway. The shuttle service was better after our initial experience and we never waited more than 15 minutes after that. They also child-proofed the room for us which was nice. We never ate at the hotel restaurant because it was very expensive. Just a continental breakfast for two would have been over $30. A real breakfast would have been around $50 for 2. Ouch! Oh, and when we checked out they tried to charge us for parking when we never had a car there. Very tricky! All in all, it's a good hotel, but just be sure to select the room with a view and review your final bill for no "errors."

Stayed at the hotel for an early morning flight with the family. Beautiful hotel with spectacular views of the city; and, interesting perspective of the airport operations (from top floor). The restaurant was pricey (but in line), the food was outstanding (seafood was clearly never frozen). Facility and proximity to the airport are both excelent. The 'minus one' rating comes from a trash can, in the room, which hadn't been emptied from the previous occupant. Stuffed full and topped with a couple old banana peels. . . it should not have been missed. Also, in room coffee service was missing its cups. A call to housekeeping remidied both of these; but, still detractors.

The Hotel and its staff were very welcoming and accomodating. We were greeted witrh"Good Morning" every day. The shuttle drivers shared lots of important info and were humorous and kind. We were picked up at the T station every evening when we returned to the Hotel. We always felt safe.

Staff was superb. Excellent attention and service regarding the needs of each client. Recommendations were quite wonderful. The view of the harbor was amazing. Exploring the city utilizing public transportation was a little time consuming....not convenient to the T. But taxis were plentiful. Very close and convenient to the airport. Overall a great hotel....I would stay here again and again.
