The facility is an ageing one. While very centrally placed, the noise from the interstate on one side and the train on the other was less than restful. The concierge service was great. The added cost for valet parking was high.

Pretty pricey even with the discount, but generally delivered. Had to stay after staff to change towels and make bed. Later found a small sign in the bathroom that "extra" requests for this would be charged for (in order to save the environment, go figure). Haven't seen my final bill yet, but at checkout, I had not been charged for my two requests. I always thought daily room service was part of the package, so this was something new. Thought they could have been more forthright in letting me know about it rather than how I found out. Valet parking for the rental car was $22/day, but probably worth it. They did a really nice job of having the car ready 24/7. Charged a lot for internet.
