  I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel very welcome. The motel was very clean and a great location.

  This hotel is perfectly located near downtown and has an amazing rotating restaurant! I have the best time and the best sleep whenever my husband and I stay here! I would recommend letting housekeeping know when you need your room cleaned because they might overlook it! That is the only tiny complaint that I have. I love it!

  The staff was great, considering that the hotel was filled with college football fans. No one on staff seemed overwhelmed or bothered by the crowd. Just a couple issues. The furniture in my room needs updating (stains on chair, scratches on the bed, broken knob on drawers, etc.). The automated check out has to be improved. I had hoped to avoid the large crowd in the lobby by using the video check out but it failed. Same result with both kiosks in the lobby. So I had to wait in line to check out at the desk.

  Front desk staff very friendlly & helpful. Encountered a plumbing issue, maintenance arrived & resolved problem within minutes. The bathroom could have used some updating but was clean. Valet paking service is SLOW but very plesant considering the amount of traffic.

  I overall enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only thing I missed was having a refrigerator/microwave in my room as I hate to get dressed, go downstairs and use the microwave in the coffee post. I was at the hotel for 6 days so it was a little bit of an inconvenience. My room as VERY clean, the housekeeping staff was awesome. My King size bed was very comfortable. It was wonderful.
