I stayed in a remodeled room on the 19th floor, city view. The room was much better than my last visit here and I enjoyed it very much. Hotel has a nice bar to gather in the evening with friends. Hotel restaurants/food are very pricey. Our group had booked the entire hotel, and the restaurants, coffee shop etc were very understaffed.

Awesome customer service in the hotel and bar area while we watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics and had a wonderful night!! Awesome service at the bar all night!! We will definitely come back again and hoping once the renovations are complete it will be even better!

I really felt at home here. The staff are all amazingly cheerful and helpful. My room, on the east side, overlooked Union Station and a busy freight rail line. For me, this was ideal...but if this is not your idea of a wonderful view, be sure to request a room on the west side - there is a fair amount of whistling and rumbling. Also, if you come or go by train of light rail, this hotel is perfect because it is connected by a tunnel from which you can access any of the station platforms. Internet is not normally free, but I was able to get free access by signing up for the Hyatt loyalty program. The signing up is free, but you only get free internet the first time.
