The staff was OUTSTANDING! The room was extremely too small for the price especially for a married couple trying to get away for a romantic trip. The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect for the venue that we were attending. One thing that IRKED THE HECK out of my husband and I was that we were forced to pay for Valet Parking in other words we were not allowed to park our own vehicle there for free. So every time we wanted to leave we had to wait for valet to get our car. It became incredibly inconvenient and expensive for us especially having to tip the valet each trip. This is the only reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay, everyone was very courteous and helpful. There is a daily $25 valet parking fee, but the valet group was always prompt and extremely professional and timely in retrieving our car. Our room was on the 24th floor and had a great view of the Reunion Tower, which was beautiful at night. We had a great lunch in the restaurant -- delicious and well worth the price. Just had an overall great weekend.

The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the room and the staff was very helpful.The only thing we did not like was that we had to pay $ 25.00 a night to valet park as there is no self parking at this hotel but the valet staff was promp.

Staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was approached everytime help was needed, rather than seeking help. Was addressed formally by all staff. Room temperature was perfect. Most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in. Rooms were spacious with additional needs. No hidden fees. Close by many attractions.
