I came to town to attend a funeral on short notice. The price of the room seemed to be fair until I checked out and found out I was charged for things I did not use I.e. exercise room, shuttle service and laundry. I asked the employee why I was being charged for something I didn't use, she stated "you initialed." They know the average customer do not take the time out to read the fine print. We just trust that the establishment is upright and forthcoming. If you give me an initial price, that's the one I agreed to! No free breakfast, fridge or microwave and the heat/air was controlled by the hotel. SMH!

With the online discounts the price was perfect even with the extra charges added on. Easy to find and get to (it's on a major street just off the freeway). Checking in was fairly easy. For the price I wasn't expecting a 4-star room but the room was clean and comfortable. the bathrooms are small and have a weird standing shower but that wasn't an issue for me. Did have some noise issues becase my room was next to the building entrance and one night there were some noisy late night check-ins. The wireless internet worked fine. The breakfast buffet was great (didn't get a chance to try the dinner buffet) and the cafe was pretty good too.
