I wasn't sure how our stay was going to be, but overall it was a very nice hotel. Almost everyone wanted to help. The only bad experience was check-in and check-out, the person who helped us both times wasn't very friendly. She never smiled, no thank-you. When I asked her a question, she acted like it wasn't her job to answer. The shuttle was very convienent and ran every hour. Rooms were very clean and house keeping very helpful. Would stay here again!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in the courtyard rooms on the 2nd floor. A long walk to our room from the front desk. The front desk clerk gave us directions on a map that were horrible. After trying on our own, we finally asked for help from an employee. She took us through a maze of hallways, up multiply stairs and then pointed down the hallway to our room at the end. Finally in our room, it was a comfortable size with a comfy bed. It was clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was clean and had fresh white towels. However, it was really small. It didn't have a tub just a disappointing shower. It was a corner shower with a curtain that would stick to you when it got wet and caused the water to run out all over the floor. Unsafe situation on a tile floor. The water pressure was weak especially when someone flushed the toilet or turned on a shower in the next room. It was hard to dial in a comfortable water temperture. The valet parking gents were always very friendly and helpful. We found the on-site restaurants were o.k., nothing special. Did noticed that the service was faster and friendlier for groups of more than 2. Even still, we had a great time at the NHRA races and managed to come home with a few dollars in our pockets.

The hotel was awesome. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked the courtyard by the pool. I did not want to stay there as it was clean but not what I wanted. The Desk Manager named J was so very helpful and for $30 more she put us in the Tower. The Tower room had thw most comfortable bed I have evr slept in and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Not that we watched much tv. We also enjoyed the pool facilities. Nice and clean and even pool side services delivered. I will definately go back there to stay again. Enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

Business is business, and when I'm in Vegas on business I don't really care (within reason) what a room is like. I'm either out working, or in sleeping. But having never stayed here before I thought why not at least request a room on the courtyard, or with a mountain view. I specifically said no parking lots please (as they tend to be noisy into the evening and I wake by 6) My plane got me to the hotel at Midnight. Anything available to upgrade? Not without spending $69 a night, which I wasn't going to do since I was paying $39 and considered that basically a coup de etat of hoteling! Fair enought and my choice. But I got to my room at 12, opened the cutains, and saw the dumpsters and loading dock! Oh, and a wall. What a choice spot they saved for me! I went to complain the next morning but the manager doesn't get on until 7:30. Ok, good work if you can get it. I went later that morning, before the show, but he was 'busy'. It was only after I did something that required my room number that I found out they were going to change my room. No one told me, no one called, no voice mail. In short, I finished my show early and I am outta here. Will I stay here again? $39 bucks is hard to argue with, but it is really a B grade hotel. Thank goodness there is an In and Out across the street, otherwise I would have given it THREE thumbs down :)

My visit started with an unpleasant surprise. They have a mandatory charge of $5.40 a day for phone and shuttle services, which I never used but still had to pay for. Local calls cost an additional $1 each, contrary to what it said on Travel website. Then I went to my room. The property is huge and my room was quite a trek from the nearest door. After getting everything unloaded I got another unpleasant surprise. Internet access is $9.99 a day, contrary to what it said on Travel agency. I was somewhat expecting breakfast to be included but it was not. The room was fine although the maids started knocking on my door around 8:30 every morning. The casino was so far away and the layout of the property so confusing I never visited it. It was just as easy to drive over to the Strip and visit the casinos there.
