Palace Station was a good place to stay, front desk staff was friendly , room was clean. Make sure you put a do not disturb singn up! They knock every few minutes starting at 7 am wanting to clean the room. If you don't respond they'll enter without being invited. That was very anoying! Also had some phone charges on my bill, but never used the phone. They would'nt refund. Maybe the maid got back at me by making some phone calls, for turning her away! lol

Palace Station was ok, Dont think I Would stay there again. The Pool was nice and King size bed that I begged for. The hotel was far away from strip which they had a shuttle but certain times that it ran. 11:30 was last run. If your flight comes in at 12:00am ur looking at a $30 cab ride that the hotel wont compansate for. Front desk staff was not at all helpful.

Food service, in the cafe was very, very slow. The food was great when you finally got it. The buffet was poorly displayed, dry and tasteless. We almost finished our meal before we got our drinks. Staff was very rude, in both the casino and the hotel. Our first night there, the maid didn't come and make up our room. One Keno lady chased us down because we got a cup of coffee from the urn that was, in her words "For Keno players only!" It was 8:00am, there were no Keno players and a hotel worker told us we could get a cup. The coffee pot was not marked for Keno players. My family and I have been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years and this is the first time that we have been so disappointed.
