Had a non smoking room which actually was non smoking (threat of 250 buck fine if you smoke in the room. Great, but thats about the only place in the complex you can actually get away from the smoke. No ventilation in casino, and no non smoking tables. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were average at best. You get what you pay for.

My best friend travels out from Chicago once a month and we've stayed at this hotel twice now. The first time was OK with the Standard Room. The next month we stayed, we noticed the staff was extremely friendly. Especially with a man named X at the front desk. He was very helpful and so accommodating to us which made our stay even better. We stayed in the Tower and loved the cleanliness of the room. We had noisy people next door so the walls are thin but we were impressed with the flat screen tv, linens and overall look of the room. The bed was really comfy! Once you experience a nice person in the beginning everything makes it such a positive experience. The Irish pub is so much fun with the band they have there on Sat/Sun nights. The buffet is decent. Watch out for using your coupon book, though. The restaurant we went to offered $9.99 and our bill ended up being 3 times more than we expected. Just listen to your waitress and don't add things on! =) Also I left some items in my room and called the next day and lo and behold they held onto them and I picked them up the next day! Security and the housekeepers are awesome there!

I stayed at the courtyard part of palace station hotel and was disappointed to find out that meant it wasn't in the highrise hotel but rather in a separate 3 story building next to the highrise. I can say there was no view whatsoever but the room was very nice, clean, safe and comfy. It also had a really fancy bathroom/shower so it had the vegas feel to it. If you want to save cash and don't care about the view out of your hotel room then I highly recommend the courtyard area of palace station hotel.

Just checked out today enjoyed my stay my daughter booked this room for me so we were unaware of the 100.00 charge and was not prepared for that so the room clerk waiver the charge and just charged us the 10.75 after we explained we had 2 cellphones we are older no movies just needed to sleep room was nice and clean not like others said and we played slots whic we won a few coins but people who are complaining so much need to stay at encore or wynn for better service the rate was very good here and I would stay again and they had a starbucks right in hotel.

We stayed here for my 21st birthday and I Have to admit I was a bit worried because of the pictures i'd had seen of the rooms, I didnt want to pay very much for a room when I wasnt even going to use it very much, there's no point. But, I didnt want to stay in a run down hotel either. But to my suprise the room was very very nice. I highly do recommend staying in one of the newly renovated tower rooms because I got a glimps of the other Courtyard rooms and they looked horrible! My room was very clean everything worked excellent nice plasma tv!(Plus we requested the highest room availble an ended up getting a view of the strip on the highest room)The staff was very knowldgeable and nice. The only real issuse that we had was that the strip was kinda far from the hotel and the strip is all i wanted to be at, but luckly when we stayed there the shuttle (which by the way is exellent) was free at the time so that resloved our problem:)Overall i liked this hotel very much.
