Garden rooms are very much in need of renovation. This part of the hotel is very old and very dingy. I did get to see the tower rooms and they are nicely decorated and are bigger. Do not take a garden room, it means traveling through a nasty, smelly alley to get to them. I can not say anything but good about the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and attentive to the guests needs. I would not recommend the Broiler restaurant, it too is old and dingy and the quality of the food does not live up to the prices charged. All in all our stay was good thanks to the wonderful staff.
