Long checkin lines (you can easily be waiting 30-60 minutes in line), cramped/small room, no bathtub, mattresses with springs coming out, extra charge for internet in room (even though they charge a resort fee). In my 25+ years of traveling, this was the first hotel in which I did not want to stay a minute. I called my booking agent within minutes of checking into the room, cancelled the booking for full refund, and left the hotel.

The bed type was wrong and could not be changed because the hotel was sold out. The room was filthy and in an area where the view was a ripped green material covered 6 foot fence 2 feet from my window. A recycling center was directly behind my window where workers dumped bottles & cans 24 hours a day as they were loud and smoking so the window could not be cracked. Lastly, the room had roaches that the hotel staff did not seem surprised about. Worst experience I have EVER had!!

i will never return. my daughter got sick and i was even worse. couldn"t get out of the room for 3 days. was well attended for our needs and believe me we needed a lot. too many bad memories there. not their fault of course.
