The Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Its right across the street from the Public Gardens and I had coffee there every morning. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. I would stay there again myself. There are restaurants all around the hotel as well as restaurants in the hotel itself.

My husband and I enjoyed the location. We felt as though we were in the middle of all the sights there are to see in Boston. The hotel was clean and it's employees were friendly.

The room I had was once two single rooms, so it was quite big (with two little bathrooms!). The hotel was originally designed for travelling salesmen, and the single rooms are pretty tight by modern standards. But if you are in Boston, it's likely not to stay in your hotel room. The location is perfect for a vacation in Boston - close to the T, walking distance to the Public Gardens. Look at a map and you'll know how close it is to everything. I like a firm bed and a decently full pillow and got both here. The staff is professional and efficient. I will definitely look at the Park Plaza when I return to Boston.
