Great location, stylish, elegant lobby and accommodating and friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was being charged for internet service in a "business center, inthe lobby." I know other hotels charge too and it just cheapens a place.

Outstanding location! The staff went out of their way to serve. The rooms were comfortable. I expected extremely small rooms from the other reviews, but found them to be a normal hotel size. Boston Gardens 1/2 block away. Many places to eat in the hotel and nearby. Lots of nearby shopping. Subway stop across from the hotel.

The location of this hotel was great! Close to the Boston Common, good restaurants, Newbury St shopping, etc. As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely at the front desk and received a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God for that, because I cannot imagine what the standard room would be like. The windows were dusty and our view was straight into the window of anotehr room :( . There were two very tiny and outdated bathrooms in our room and an old TV, but the king size bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed there mostly for the location, so it was okay, I did expect the room for the Boston Park Plaza to be a little more updated and nicer amenities, but other than that we had no complaints. For the price, I expected at least a better view!
