We booked this hotel through a package and stayed in a tower room that included breakfast and afternoon snacks. The location is great and very centrally located. The room was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't bad, but because they shut it down at the time that they do, there was always a mad rush by people to get in before it was over. It happened every day like that and they still only staffed the lounge with one person who couldn't handle the volume of people. The time should be extended especially on weekends when it is mainly people on vacation and not there for business.

This classic hotel has a feel of history and tradition to it. It is quite enchanting. The staff delivers five star attention and service. There are excellent restaurants and good shopping nearby. Valet parking is well organized. Well worth a stay in Boston.

Upon the time of arrival until the time of checkout, the hotel staff and services were very accommodating. i was able to pull up curbside and immediately check in, the vehicle placed in the parking facility and bags brought to my room. i was able to enjoy every moment of my leisure trip without worry or concern(s). I have recently been asked to recommend a hotel to a colleague and did not hesitate to refer them to the Park Plaza.
