This was not our first stay at the Park Plaza. It is a beautiful hotel with welcoming employees. Our room happened to be on a floor with a large group of students who were a bit loud. We were quickly upgraded to a different part of the hotel.

The best features of this hotel are its central location, the large choice of restaurants and bars at a stonethrow distance and simply downstair, and the bed that was heavenly. Less admirable...valet parking is $44 a day; the room was old and upgraded and it shows, size of room and bathroom feels 'European'; internet service is not included.

STAYING AT THE PARK PLAZA WAS VERY OLD WORLD. IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WENT BACK IN TIME. IT WAS CLASSY. THE ROOM WAS OLD CHARM WITH THE SWAN LOGO ON THE DOOR AND LINENS, BUT MODERN IN EVERY WAY YOU WOULD WANT A HOTEL ROOM. GOOD WATER PRESURE IN THE SHOWER.

We really enjoyed our stay from the staff to the clean rooms to the comfort of the beds. There is a subway stop right around the corner from the hotel making it very easy to get to this hotel from the airport. The weekend we were in Boston the city's water main broke and there was no drinking water, water to brush your teeth with or ice throughout the city. The staff went out of their way to make sure all the guests in the hotel had enough bottled water to make them comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
