This was our first time in Boston and we found this hotel to be in a great location. The room was very clean and the price was right. Our only complaint was the fact that the heating and air conditioning system appears to be old and did not work very well. Everything else was perfect. We would stay there again.

This is really elegant hotel located in downtown Boston. Its walking distance from the T subway, Boston public park, and the trendy Newbury street. I stayed in a Plaza Petite room as it was only me staying for a few work meetings. Although the room was nice, the layout was...interesting as the tv was placed off to the side of the bed requiring me to lay sideways to watch. The tv was a non-issue compared to the loudness of the toilet. The toilets at the hotel are extremely powerful and extremely LOUD. I could easily hear other rooms flushing their toilets all throughout the day. This coupled with the loud slamming doors made it very difficult to sleep in during the mornings.

Great hotel. Location is near rapid transit stations. Staff members are nice - I received a complementary room update. King size mattress room was fantastic. No free breakfast or internet included - with the exception of 30 free minutes of wifi in the lobby.

This hotel was a great find in the fabulous city of Boston! The foyer was amazing! Although it was grandiose with large granite pillars and a mezzanine floor it was warm, welcoming & bustling with people! The rooms were comfortable & quiet which were perfect after a long day travelling. The staff were always helpful & polite with very caring attitudes towards tired travellers a long way from home. Being able to use the quiet business centre was truly a benefit.
