we went to Boston for out annv. the staff was great!!! VERY VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY!!! we will deff. be back again and again!!! if you get the chance do yourself a favor and stay here. close to some great restaurants and close to everything, subway, the market, china town!!!!!!!! great place!!!!

i loved this hotel! It had lots of charm and really pretty rooms. The beds were comfortable and you can't beat the location. The staff was very friendly and Kelly and Carlos gave us a wonderful room upgrade. The restaurant Melting Pot (in lobby) was wonderful too. We will definitely stay @ the Boston Park Plaza Hotel again!

The Boston Park Plaza is surrounded by fancy/expensive hotels like the Langham and the Liberty. But for half the price you can enjoy the historic plaza, friendly staff, fantastic concierge and the awesome spa across the street and not miss a thing.
