Overall a beautiful building. Hotel stay was good to fair. Room service is susposed to be 24hrs and unfortunately I had to leave the hotel to get service. I called several times for a late dinner and no one picked up the line. Even the bar, which recommended room service werent helpful at all. I was very surprised at the lack of hospitality when this hotel was highly recommended to me. The atm was also not in service which also concerned me. Again, I had been excited for the time I would be visiting Boston and was somewhat disappointed. However, on a good note, their concierge I can say was on time when I requested a taxi.

The Hotel room was simply beautiful, but the bed was so soft that I found myself sinking into the middle of the bed. When i woke up the next morning I asked my husband how was his night, he said" I felt like I was the letter U" meaning that his legs and head were up above his mid section. Next the other customers were have a good time, laughing, yelling and talking until well after 12 am. I rented this rom for a night get away for my husband for Father's day, next time i think we will just go a lttle furhter out of the City.

This hotel is in the center of everything. Very easy to access restaurants, train, Boston Common, etc. Definately a good value since there was 4 of us in 1 room. Beds were comfy and room had 2 full bathrooms. Would highly recommend. This was our 1st time in Boston and had an excellent time.

Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Absolutely horrible staff. Both the sink and air conditioning did not function properly. Worst stay ever. I paid for the regency and got the Motel 6 experience. Pathetic.
