We arrived at the hotel with mixed expectations due to previous reviews on here. Found the staff to be a bit hurried, but accomodating as we asked to check in early. Room was very nice and clean. The beds were like clouds - very comfortable. Enjoyed the vintage feel of the room and hotel. Bathroom was small and lacked proper ventilation, but was ok. Loved the lemony bath soaps and lotions. I would definately stay here again. Close to parks and sights. Subway is very close also.

From the first time when you move in,you realize that this is a high-class Hotel. The entrance hall is magnificent and moderate, and our room was well hired with modified accessories. The room assistance was also high quality.

The hotel service was absolutely outstanding, however the rooms were questionable. We had a Deluxe King with 2 bathrooms that were barely large enough for one person at best. The showers were uncomfortably small with minimal room for any movement. These are in need of serious updating, the room itself however was spacious granted the a view of a brick building. The foyer was breathtaking and even the location was ideal. Hotel staff were courteous enough to accomodate our early arrival with extreme efficiency and helped guide us to many local restaurants and attractions. The bathroom however was such a disappointment that it would deter me from staying here again.
