The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, and room was amazing. The staff gave us a great restaurant nearby for dinner, and helped us direct us to the T, which was very close to the hotel. Some negatives were that it was very hard to find the hotel. We drove in from CT, and the address that the hotel has listed does not work well with the GPS. We ened up lost somewhere in the outskirts of boston, until we called and asked for another address to direct ourselves to the hotel. I enjoyed the location of the hotel, but it was about a good hr walk from Quincy Market. Yet only 15 minutes by the train, except train closes at midnight. Besdies that, I would definately stay there again.

I really like the park plaza- I've stayed there twice and each time has been wonderful. The rooms are neat and tidy and the staff is very attentive. The only small minus would be the lack of ventilation fans in the bathroom, as it gets quite steamy after a hot shower. Otherwise the location and price can't be beat. Those of you interested in great photo's, the lobby of this hotel provides a gorgeous spot for that, particularly if you're there over the Christmas holidays. The tree will blow you away! **As a side note- I checked for bed bugs very thoroughly and found no evidence in our room**

This hotel's location is ideal. Although somewhat removed from your typical shops that appeal to tourists, it is still within walking distance from the "T", Newbury street and even Copley Square. The hotel itself was well-maintained, the service good and the neighborhood safe. Overall, a reliable place to stay in Boston.
