The Ceasars Palace Resort and Casino is one of the best places I have stayed in. Great rooms and great service. Pools are awesome and never too full. The Forums mall is Huge and loved the P.J. Clarks happy our Oysters for $1. It is centrally located on the strip so close to every other casino. Had a great time!

This is an excllent hotel. It is located in a prime spot. It is very clean and personnel are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would go back. There is so much to do at the hotel you don't have to leave if you don't want. The pools are very nice too.

Overall staff impression? Unfriendly! It felt as though most of the employees hated their jobs! The room was smaller than stated on the website. The room was NOT at all clean when we arrived: dusty furniture, sticky substance on door knobs, slimy goo on mirrors, wet spots on bathroom floor, jetted tub had a film all over it. The fabulous pools they advertise on their website? I have no idea how fabulous they are...4 out of 7 of them were closed the 6 days we were there. They stuffed all their gusets in to the remaining 3 pools. Very cramped. No space between you and the chair next to you, not an inch, and we were there during Labor day, it was busy!!

Except for the fact that our first assigned room was still occupied by a previous traveler that didn't want to leave, we had a great stay. We were rewarded with a free upgrade to a junior suite which was GREAT. Beautiful room, awsome bathrooms!!! Staff was nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Casino is OK, location is superb. Forum shoppes are great.
