The double shower and spa tub was awesome! The staff was accomodating. The room had a great view. The pools were clean and clear. The only complaint we had was the wind, it sounded like a freight train on the 17th floor sometimes.

The room was ok, but the location was less than desirable. It was near the elevators and had an adjoining door to another room. The people in the adjoining room were very noisy. We should have taken them up on the offer to upgrade for a nominal fee upon check in.

we were in the middle of spring break and march madness so there were huge lines everywhere, what i didnt like was that check in was at 1pm but we couldnt get our room until 5PM!!! besides that everything went ok, wouldnt recommend going here for spring break again tho.

Despite what I paid my debit card had to be verified every time I charged anything to my room which was humiliating. That has never happened to me before. Other guests smoked on the 20th floor by my room polluting it and despite calling the front desk and complaining it happened the entire weekend. Spraying my room did not help. I was also promised 2 for 1 show tickets which I never received. I had to ask for the credits that came along with my vacation package.
