Stayed 3 days in Palace Tower Preminum room, excellent amenities room was very nice. Service from check-in til check out was superb. Casino floor personnel was very good and drink service again was very good. I would certainly make Caesars my first choice on next trip to Las Vegas

I'm an 11 year old boy so heres my opinion for family with small children. When we got there, I noticed the whole casino smelled like smoke. All casino do but this one wasn't ventilated so it was terrible walking through there. You have to walk through the smokey casino with hookers and drunk guys just to get to the forum shops! In our room, the TV remote barely worked so sometimes we couldn't turn off or on the TV!! The beds were okay. Personally, the pillows were not comfortable. While me and my 24 year old brother were trying to sleep-a cleaning lady comes at like 7 in the morning asking if we wanted the room cleaned. The only good things here were the pools and the shops. Both were great. The pools were closed because of the whether but the famous forum shops were very fun. There was one of everything, even an apple store. This is my review of the Caesars Palace resort and Casino for children age 1-13. Hope you enjoy your trip to vegas!

The guy at the counter who helped up was a total jerk. Then I paid extra to get a suite and it wasn't even close to as nice as the one I got at Mirage the previous visit. The guys who id you to let you into the club/bars were also rude. The place looks nice from the outside and all around but not worth the money...Mirage has always been the best for me for what you pay.

What a piece of junk this place was. Torn and worn carpet that looked to be original from the 80's, sand paper for towells, a non-Hd TV from 1987. Our hallway seemed to be the housekeeping and maintanence storage room. It was cluttered with carts and garbage the entire stay. Our view from the room was terrible, like looking at pizza hut trash can, the whole place was covered in grime, grease and debris. nothing that a caring staff and a few days of steam cleaning could have taken care of. The fish tank, which was spectacular a few years ago is now a soup of sick and disfigured fish. We should have know better when we booked this, every Harrahs property we've stayed at has been garbage, i guess it was too much to hope that a vegas Icon would be exempt from terrible corporate managment.
