We had an awesome room and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Had a slight problem with our entry door, the key card would not work. Maintenance was called and they came right away to fix the problem. We were given a $75.00 credit at any restaurant in the hotel for our inconvenience. The pools were crystal clear and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again and plan on going back w/in a year.

I've been a fan of Caesars palace for over 30 years but, boy have things changed. The sunday brunch buffett used to be the best...great food, drinks and service. For $* my husband and I got to eat salty, soggy, overcooked food. The crab was salty and watery, the salad bar consisted of lettuce, tomatoes cheddar cheese and dressing. They served cheap pizza and mac n cheese, dry drice, cardboad eggs and pancakes. All very cheap! And when asked food staff for something, they acted like you were cutting into their chatting time. Not a good variety. What happened?? I'm extremely dissapointed especially when I always loved it here- it's supposed to be a classic. Not coming back, i'd rather go to Flamingo Hilton or Paris Hotel

The first night was not so good, as we were put up in the roman tower. OLD stuff! saggy bed. This one is the only tower that has not been renovated. The next few nights were MUCH better, as we were moved to the forum tower. Much nicer room. Overall, a nice stay.
