The staff made you feel comfortable from check in to check out. The room was clean and fresh towels made available to us daily. Check in was easy and checking out was made simple and accurate. I would happily go back fpr another visit.

We have not stayed at Caesars for many years due to the new & exciting resort hotels that have sprouted along the strip. This time our primary stop over was to catch Cher (at Caesar's) and Ka (at MGM) and we decided to experience one of Caesars' new towers. We were very impressed with the decor, comfort and size of our room. We also appreciated that the entrance to our Tower was quiet and tucked away from the noise and congestion of the casino areas. There's a variety of eateries and we had a wonderful late meal at Payard Bistro after the show, soup noodles at Beijing Noodles for lunch, shared a sundae at Serendipity and a light breakfast at Cypress Street Market Place. There was no need to leave the hotel except to catch the show at MGM. For a short stay, it was just perfect! Honolulu

Well organized set-up; rooms were very comfortable and the room service was 1st rate; food, drinks, and inside entertainment were readily available and the staff was welcoming; and the pool areas and service at the pool made for a very delightful way to spend the afternoon. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again or recommended the hotel and its facilities to anyone else.

Ceasar's Palace is magnificent! The staff, the surroundings the food all 5 star. Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas it is within walking distance of all the sights and sounds of the strip. Every night you can watch the magical fountain just outside the doors. I love staying at the Palace.

I was at Caeser's for a conference. I found the room to be very clean and nice. The gym and spa were wonderful. The easy access to shopping gave me plenty to do with my time off. The food at the restaurants was delicious. In fact, the property was so complete that I did not have the need to leave it until it was time to go home. The conference rooms were comfortable, well ventilated and big enough to accomadate a large group of people. I was unaware that one of the lunches would be fish. As the staff tried to serve it to me I refused (as I am unable to eat it). The waiter asked if I had ordered anything instead. I had not. Without making a fuss or my asking for an alternative, he brought me a lunch of chicken. He was very polite and kind to help at the last minute. I will definitely be returning to Caeser's Palace, hopefully with my kids to be able to enjoy the beautiful pool in the warm weather.
