the rooms were clean and tidy however if your looking for something that is more modern, you have the wrong place. When I walked in to the room I felt like I was in Holiday Inn. The room was very ancient looking and beds were not very fancy. The TV and electronics were not very up to date; still have the huge tv no flat screen. The bathroom did not have a door. We were not advised of that.. which made it very uncomfortable when someone had to use the bathroom.

  • Less than mediocre

Caesars palace is absolutely beautiful on the outside. Upon arrival the first thing the concierge did was try to get us to upgrade and we said no due to the fact that we just paid a thousand dollars for two rooms and three nights! Our rooms were in the Roman tower, which I don't know if it was a sales pitch to change our mind about the upgrade, but our experience was horrendous. Our view was the top of the casino roof, not much of a view at all. There wad no hot water to shower in and our toilet backed up. The next morning I complained and they put us in a nicer room. The beds were very uncomfortable and I didn't enjoy my time in the casino because of all the smoking. My overal opinion of Casears palace was not worth the money I spent on the room rates, it was less than mediocre. Next time I will prol stay elsewhere.

  • Excellent hotel!

Staying at Caesars palace was like paradise. My husband and I were treated like royalty for our entire vacation. Neither of us wanted to leave, and we are making plans to go back in the near future. Don't miss out on a chance to stay at Vegas' best hotel!

this hotel knows how to satisfy. We did not have one bit of trouble, confulsion or disruption of any kind. We had a great, spacious room and it was clean and always kept up. We could spend the entire day at the hotel and never leave. The pools were magnificent and there was lots of room. The food was a little pricey but I guess it is expected when you stay in a 4/5 star hotel. The place is lavish and there is always something fun going on. I will go back again and I definitely will (and have) reacommended this resort. The casino floor is enormous with any kind of play you want, including penny slots. Bravo to the Palace. (Maryland)

Hotel was clean and very well kept. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Casino area seems a little dated, but the Forum Shops were spectacular. Definately something to see. Ceaser's is a good value and a good place to stay.
