The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly and kind. The room was wonderful and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed in the Forun Tower and was please with how quiet it was. The shower in the oversized bathroom was heavenly. Our only complaint and the reason we will stay elsewhere next time is the price of the food. It really doesn't matter where you eat in the hotel the price is horrid. The new Bachannul Buffett is $51.99 a person. I came to gamble a bit but spent most of my money on food. We went to a few other hotels to eat and found the prices, although still high, were more affordable for a family. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens down by Planet Hollywood and get some cokes and snacks to save yourself some money. Also, don't get sick. $15.99 for a box of Dayquil is highway robbery!

I stayed at the Palace Towers. The room was clean and comfortable. I had meetings in the Prominade Conference Center which is just below the Palace Towers. There is plenty of shopping within the Forum shops. There are a lot of restaurants within the Caesars property and plenty more within walking distance. I did not like the additonal $19.95 fee daily to have wireless internet access in my room. That was tough to get used to.

Classic, historic, upscale, clean, central Strip location, overstreet walkway out front, plenty of great restaurants inside, top notch buffets (pricey compared to elswhere), Forum shops a must see. Spiral escalators. A $20 upfront tip (from an interent blog tip)got us an upgraded room to the Palace Tower. Large room, great view overlooking the pool, extra large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Very clean. Ventilation above average during very crouded gambling periods. Back quickly to pristine air quality when lighter gambling traffic.

I truly enjoyed the price for our trip, it was my fiance first time to Vegas, again, he and I was flabbergasted at the room service that was rendered. The personnel at the desk was very courteous and professional, although the only quarrel I have is that I did not get my wake-up call on my departure day. Secondly, I appreciate the ladies at the desk on my departure date for their patience of putting up with me and making my phone calls to the pick-up service due to their tardiness and not being on time. Once again, in the future, more than likely, we will use your services again, really was centrally located, everything was within walking distance.

We have stayed a 7 different Vegas hotels. This is the best. Spa was excellent. Loved the arctic room. Stayed a week. Steak at The Palm was great (as was bread basket and dessert...house salad dressing not so much) Mumchies halibut dinner was delicious for only $20 and their hamburger and fries was large and quite good. Enjoyed Elton John show (have seen him several times, but this show was a delight)
